Since we began in 1990, our number one duty is to the safety and protection of every member of the Out Youth Family. Once you walk into the doors of our Glitz Gala on Saturday, November 13th, whether you realize it or not, you will be welcomed into our Out Youth Family. In light of the COVID risk levels, Out Youth has instituted the below protocols for this year’s 11th annual Glitz Gala.
All staff, guests, and volunteers must bring proof of ONE of the following to enter:

• A digital completed vaccine card uploaded onto The CLEAR App Health Pass on your smartphone. (This is completely free of charge, secure, and may help you enter other events too as many event companies are implementing this app!)

• Printed or digital copy of a full COVID-19 vaccination, with the final vaccine dose received on or before October 29th, 2021. Full name on proof of vaccination must match your physical photo ID.
• Printed or digital copy of a negative COVID-19 test result obtained on or after November 10th, 2021. Proof of negative test must match your physical photo ID. Visit austintexas.gov for free testing site information. NOTE: Lab testing can take 1-3 days to receive your results so please schedule your test ahead of time.

Masks will be highly encouraged, regardless of vaccination status, inside and outside the building, except while actively eating and/or drinking. 
NOTE: We strongly recommend emailing vaccinated@outyouth.org your vaccination record and photo ID or your CLEAR App Health Pass before Friday, November 12th at 2:00 pm as we will be implementing an “All Clear Fast Lane” which guests can jump directly to our event registration line if they previously emailed us. Please click below for detailed instructions on how to email your vaccine status or the CLEAR APP Health Pass to us to enter the “All Clear Fast Lane”. For the protection of all guests’ privacy, no information you email us will be stored and it will all be permanently and safely deleted after the event.
